Is Reffi really free for referees?
Referee accounts are free. Reffi currently charges no platform fee on referee payments; payment processing fees may apply.
What's an "active posting"?
An active posting is a game listing marked open or filled, including accepted assignments awaiting completion. Once a game is completed or cancelled, it no longer counts toward your limit. Think of it as how many games you can have posted at any given time.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. If you cancel, you'll keep access through the end of your current billing period. No contracts, no cancellation fees.
How does the free trial work?
Start with full access for 7 days and up to 3 postings — no credit card required. If you love it, upgrade to Starter to keep posting. After the trial, upgrade to create new openings. You can still access existing assignments and messages. Signup does not start paid checkout.
How do payments to referees work?
Acceptance does not charge the league. At completion, the league initiates payment of the accepted proposed rate for supported single-day assignments. Provider funding must be confirmed before release; bank payout timing varies. Multi-day payments are not yet supported.
Do you take a cut of referee payments?
Reffi currently charges no platform fee on referee payments. Payment processing fees may apply; review payment details before confirming.
What if I need more than 75 active postings?
Contact us to discuss your needs. Higher-volume arrangements require an individual agreement and are not included in the published plans.
